What we translate
Technical manuals, tenders, contracts, financial reports, research, company profiles and marketing copy each call for a different approach. We work with editable documents, scans, spreadsheets and files that need typesetting, subject to a review of the originals.
From source file to final delivery
We agree on the language pair, audience, purpose and deadline, then prepare reference material. Questions are tracked during translation and terminology is kept consistent. The agreed review process covers language, figures, formatting and the final file version.
What we need for a quote
Send the source files or a representative sample, approximate volume, target languages, intended use, delivery format and deadline. Complex layout, specialist review, urgent work and ongoing updates are assessed individually.
Specify the delivery package
- Mark each file as translation only, bilingual or typeset; list text within images, hidden worksheets and attachments separately.
- A terminology decision log and open-query list can be agreed alongside the translation so reviewers can trace important choices.
- Check completeness by file identifier at acceptance; distinguish source additions from translation corrections when defining revisions.
