Make an application easier to assess
- List translation directions, review directions and familiar document types separately, supporting experience with anonymized task descriptions.
- Use only owned, authorized or anonymized samples and state your own contribution so team work is not presented as individual experience.
- If a test is requested, agree its purpose, length, payment terms and feedback process; recruitment discussions determine the actual engagement terms.
