Spouse immigrants include two types of people: the first is a spouse of a US citizen who is not subject to quotas and can be approved quickly if an application is made; the second is the spouse of a green card holder in the United States. To be subject to quotas, it is a priority immigration category

According to the US Immigration Law, there are four main types of applications for child immigration

An unmarried child of a US citizen under the age of 21 may apply for immigration without being restricted by the quota

If the child is 21 years old but unmarried, it is the first priority category

Those who hold a green card can also apply for immigration for his unmarried children. The beneficiary belongs to the second priority category, and the divorced child is deemed to be unmarried. Married children with green card holders are not given priority

People with citizenship in the United States can apply for their brothers and sisters to immigrate to the United States as long as they are 21 years old. They are the fourth priority among the priority categories of relative immigrants. Those who have permanent residency in the United States cannot be their siblings, but also include the same-parent or half-brothers. However, this relationship between siblings and sisters should exist before the age of 18, otherwise they will not enjoy the rights of immigration law

In order to prevent immigrant family members from separating, the immigration law has special preferential treatment for the family members of the approved immigrants

US investment immigration knowledge is one of the US immigration methods, which is a bit difficult for ordinary immigrants. Assets are not the decisive factor in determining the success of immigration to the United States, because immigrants have many other options to choose from. It is important to choose the ones that meet their current level of development and not to make unsure choices and investments
